MS-102T00: Microsoft 365 Administrator course is designed for people who are aspiring to the Microsoft 365 Administrator role and have completed one of the Microsoft 365 role-based administrator certification paths.

 

Before attending this course, students must have:

 
  • Completed a role-based administrator course such as Messaging, Teamwork, Security, Compliance, or Collaboration
  • A proficient understanding of DNS and basic functional experience with Microsoft 365 services
  • A proficient understanding of general IT practices
  • A working knowledge of PowerShell

Microsoft 365 Administrators have functional experience with all Microsoft 365 workloads and Azure Active Directory and have administered at least one of these. They also have a working knowledge of networking, server administration, DNS, and PowerShell.

 

This course includes hands-on exercises/demonstrations to enable you to learn practical skills with the technologies.

MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator certification training provides an in-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and governance.
