Microsoft 365 Teamwork Administrator certification


After a long gap Microsoft has released beta exams for SharePoint Administrators focused on Office 365. The certification is called as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator (beta) & not just SharePoint Administrator.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate (beta) certification has three exams that are currently in beta:


Why is it called Teamwork Administrator?


It is called Teamwork Administrator because this exam is not limited to the knowledge of SharePoint (online, on-premises, and hybrid) but also includes knowledge of other office 365 services including OneDrive, Teams, Office, PowerApps, Flow, Yammer, Microsoft Graph, Stream, Planner, Project, Azure active directory etc.


Who Should take this exam?


Candidates for this exam are Teamwork Administrators who are responsible for configuring, deploying, and managing Office 365 and Azure workloads that focus on efficient and effective collaboration and adoption. Teamwork Administrators manage apps, services, and supporting infrastructure to meet business requirements. The Teamwork administrator must be able to deploy, manage, migrate, and secure SharePoint (online, on-premises, and hybrid), OneDrive, and Teams.
